Sovereignty has moved from slideware into RFPs, into NIS2 and DORA obligations, into board-level risk registers — and your clients are already looking for an alternative to the hyperscalers. Resell a complete catalogue: sovereign cloud, private and hybrid infrastructure, 24/7 managed operations and engineering services.
The opportunity
European sovereign infrastructure is one of the strongest growth opportunities in the channel today. IG1 gives you a differentiated, ready-to-sell offer in a market where your clients are already looking.
GDPR, NIS2, DORA, HDS: regulatory and geopolitical pressure is moving European workloads toward sovereign infrastructure. Demand is running ahead of supply — take your position while the market is still forming.
Your clients want cloud-grade tooling without accepting a foreign jurisdiction. IG1 runs open standards — Terraform, S3-compatible storage, Kubernetes — on hardware we own, in data centers we operate, under European law. That is an argument a reseller of US infrastructure cannot replicate.
Zero egress fees, per-second billing, no CapEx for your client and no hidden virtual machine to pay for behind every load balancer. A price argument that survives the comparison table — and margin preserved for you.
The differentiator
A competitor reselling American infrastructure can argue about price, performance and support. They cannot argue about the legal regime of their supplier. Everything else can be caught up with; that one cannot.
| Item | What it covers, exactly |
|---|---|
| GDPR | The lawfulness of personal data processing, with a French processor and an Article 28 data processing agreement. |
| NIS2 & DORA | The operational resilience obligations we help you meet — on our side of the shared responsibility model, not on your client's. |
| HDS | Hosting French health data. That, and nothing else. |
| ISO 27001 | The information security management system: risk assessment, access control, incident management, business continuity, supplier management. |
| Tier III+ data centers, Paris region | The physical location and the operation of the infrastructure — OPCore, Equinix and Digital Realty. |
| Zero egress fees | A commercial commitment on IG1 Cloud, not a certification. Say it as such. |
Each one answers a different question. ISO 27001 is not HDS, and HDS does not cover NIS2. On this ground an approximation turns against you at audit time: quote the facts, do not widen them.
Without IG1: eliminated on data localisation, before anyone reads the technical score.
With IG1: you compete — and usually against far fewer bidders.
Without HDS: the bid does not pass. This is not a marketing argument, it is an entry condition.
With IG1: you get into hospitals, health institutions and healthcare software vendors.
Without a clear answer: weeks of validation, and sometimes an abandoned project.
With IG1: a French processor, an Article 28 agreement and operator access your client approves themselves. The cycle shortens by weeks.
And against “we are already on AWS”? The question is not the quality of the platform, it is the legal regime and the bill. IG1 Cloud speaks Terraform, the S3 API and kubectl, so a migration is a technical exercise rather than a re-architecture — and the egress line disappears from the invoice. Conversely, on a workload with no sensitive data and no egress, the sovereignty argument falls flat: switch to price, to operational control and to the exit plan.
The math is simple
Building a sovereign cloud and a 24/7 operations practice costs millions and takes years. By reselling IG1 you sell a proven platform today — without carrying the hardware, the certifications or the on-call rota.
You keep the client relationship and the margin — IG1 carries the cost and the risk.
The catalogue
Four pillars, six offers: from sovereign cloud to fully managed operations. You do not have to carry all of it — the scope is agreed with you at the “Qualification & agreement” step, based on your clients and your level.
A European sovereign cloud built on the tools your teams already master: an open API, Terraform, S3-compatible object storage and Kubernetes on demand — running on our own hardware, in our own French data centers, with zero egress fees.
Resale angle: the easiest migration to sell. Same Terraform, same S3 API, same kubectl — under European jurisdiction and without the egress line on the invoice.
Dedicated single-tenant infrastructure — bare metal, virtualization, storage and network — designed, deployed and operated for one client, in our data centers or in theirs.
Resale angle: the strategic, high-value project for your regulated accounts — healthcare, finance, public sector — where multi-tenancy is simply not an option.
Discover Private Cloud →Public, private and on-premise estates interconnected and operated as one: workload placement, VMware exit, data replication, disaster recovery across sites and consistent operations across the whole footprint.
Resale angle: the way in for accounts that cannot move everything at once — and the natural first paid engagement before a larger migration.
Discover Hybrid Cloud →24/7 monitoring, incident and change management, patching, backup and disaster recovery, capacity planning and SLA reporting — run by a named Service Delivery Manager and Tech Lead.
Resale angle: naturally recurring revenue. The argument is not replacing your client's ops team, it is ending the night pages and owning the SLA in writing.
Discover Managed Cloud →CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, production-grade Kubernetes and internal developer platforms — designed and delivered by IG1 engineers alongside your teams.
Resale angle: complete your own services with senior platform expertise — or resell the entire delivery without hiring a platform team.
Discover Professional Services →Carrier-neutral connectivity, BGP and IP transit, DDoS protection, site-to-site interconnect and client VPN, segmentation and hardening — aligned with the obligations your clients now carry under NIS2.
Resale angle: the technical prerequisite of every other project in the catalogue — and often the easiest first sale into an account you already hold.
Discover Network & Security →Your benefits
A program designed so that you make money on the first deal — and so that every client you bring becomes recurring revenue.
Attractive margins on every sale, plus cloud consumption, managed services and support subscriptions that generate recurring revenue month after month.
Sovereign infrastructure your competitors do not offer: an offer that opens doors and positions you as the expert rather than the intermediary.
Commercial and technical training, a certification path and sales kits, so your teams become autonomous quickly instead of depending on us for every call.
IG1 engineers join the meetings that warrant it: architecture, migration, on-premise deployment, security, structuring tenders. The objective is your autonomy, not a permanent presence.
Deal registration: you declare the opportunity before you engage, we answer within 48 hours, and the protection runs for 90 days, renewed as long as the deal moves. It is the declared deal that is protected — not a territory and not a sector.
Joint campaigns, visibility at IG1 events and qualified leads redistributed to the partner network rather than kept in-house.
Hardware we own and zero egress fees: you win the price comparison without giving away your own margin to do it.
The infrastructure is owned and operated by IG1, so your client reaches sovereign infrastructure without a hardware investment — which shortens the sales cycle considerably.
A model for each
Whatever your model — consultancy, IT services firm, MSP, software vendor — there is a level that fits your business. Two questions decide it: who invoices the end client, and who carries first-level support.
Recommend IG1 and pass the contact along: we carry pre-sales, the quote, the contract and the delivery. You earn a commission on every deal signed.
Profiles: consultancy, independent consultant, lawyer or DPO, cloud partner without an infrastructure practice.
Sell the catalogue under your own commercial relationship: you invoice your client, IG1 invoices you at partner price. The gap is your margin — and on subscriptions you collect it every single period.
Profiles: IT services firm, IT reseller, cloud agency or integrator, regional hosting provider, MSP.
Integrate IG1 platforms into your clients' projects — architecture, migration, on-premise or private cloud deployment, connection to their existing systems, day-2 operations — and invoice your services on top of the catalogue margin.
Profiles: systems integrator, managed services provider, IT services firm with an infrastructure or data practice.
Embed sovereign infrastructure inside your own product, under your own brand. Open APIs and S3 compatibility make the integration a matter of hours, and your users only ever see your brand.
Profiles: SaaS vendor, vertical platform, healthcare software vendor, fintech.
| Level | Who invoices the end client | Who carries support | IG1 visible to the end client | Volume commitment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Referral Partner | IG1 | IG1, from first to third line | Yes — IG1 signs, invoices and delivers | None |
| Reseller | You — IG1 invoices you at partner price | You at first line, IG1 on the platform | Yes as the vendor, never inside your contract | None at Bronze and Silver · committed at Gold |
| Integrator | You — consumption and your services on one contract | You, operations included · IG1 on the platform | Yes as the vendor, in support on the architecture | None at Bronze and Silver · committed at Gold |
| OEM White-label | You, under your brand | You, under your brand · IG1 through a dedicated channel | No — except in the GDPR annex, as a sub-processor | Yes, contracted |
Your level is not fixed. A referral partner who brings in several deals is a natural candidate for reseller status, and a reseller who systematically invoices integration work is already an integrator. We move the level within the existing partnership — you do not go back to the start.
The tiers
The level says what you do; the tier says at what scale. It is calculated on your annual volume, reviewed once a year — upward or downward — and it applies to the Reseller and Integrator levels.
Entry into the program. No volume required, no guaranteed minimum, no commitment of any kind.
What it opens
Earned on what you have actually done: an annual volume held over twelve months and several active clients. Still no guaranteed minimum — you promise nothing in advance.
What it adds
The only committed tier: you commit in writing to an annual volume and receive the matching discount from the start of the period, without waiting until you have reached it.
What it adds
And if the Gold volume is not reached? You simply drop one tier at the annual review. No catch-up invoice, and no clawback of the discount already granted. The commitment is about your position in the program, not about your invoice. For an Integrator the tier is not read in volume alone either: certified teams and production deployments count as well. Thresholds, rates and amounts are set in writing at the “Qualification & agreement” step.
The path
Four steps, a few weeks: from the first conversation to your first signed deal.
Tell us about your business, your clients and your ambitions. A member of the partner team answers within 48 hours — that is a commitment, not an intention.
Together, and in writing, we settle the four points that structure the partnership: your level, the catalogue scope you will carry, the commercial terms and the split of responsibilities.
Three tracks — commercial, technical and operational — with access to the sales kits and to test environments. On exit: at least one named and certified sales profile and one technical profile.
You sell with our pre-sales support and build recurring revenue, deal after deal. From this point on, you can register and protect your opportunities.
A partnership is written in both directions. Depending on your level, here is what you commit to — and nothing beyond it.
Nothing binding: no volume commitment, no delivery obligation, no technical certification. One rule only — you open the door, you do not quote on our behalf.
Carry the commercial relationship and first-level support — invoicing, renewal, follow-up — and have at least one sales profile and one technical profile certified. The Integrator adds certified delivery teams and the service level it sells in its own name.
A contracted volume, a durable technical integration, first-level support for your own users and a white-label framework. That is the counterpart of the capacity we reserve for you.
Deal protection
The question every serious partner asks: “what stops you from going to my client directly in a year?” Deal registration is the answer, and its rules are written down rather than promised.
You declare the prospect before you enter into discussions. We answer within 48 hours: accepted, or refused with the reason. Never silence.
From the moment it is accepted. During that time, on that opportunity: no IG1 direct approach, and no other partner.
A report, a meeting held, a proposal sent: any sign of activity restarts the clock. And the end of a protection is always announced to you.
The two rules that settle it. If two partners declare the same account, the first to declare wins — on the declaration date, not on the date someone claims to have spoken to the client. And if the account is already open at IG1, we tell you immediately, with the reason: the opportunity then stays with IG1, or is run jointly with a defined and written role for each side. We would rather tell you up front than have you discover it together at the worst possible moment.
The sovereign infrastructure market is not waiting. Take your position now with a differentiating catalogue, attractive margins and a team that supports you at every step.
