The old environment remains available as an instant rollback for a defined period. For stateful workloads with unique constraints, we work with you to define an acceptable maintenance window — but even those are typically measured in minutes, not hours.

The key is unified tooling and a single operational layer. We use Terraform for infrastructure-as-code across all providers, Prometheus and Victoria Metrics for monitoring, Grafana for dashboards, and our proprietary Sismology platform for correlated alerting. Your teams interact with one set of tools, one set of runbooks, and one IG1 team — regardless of how many clouds are running underneath.

It starts with a full cost audit across all your cloud accounts. We implement tagging standards, set up real-time dashboards, and identify quick wins (unused resources, over-provisioned instances, missing reservations). Then we move to structural optimization: rightsizing, Spot/Preemptible workload scheduling, cross-provider arbitrage. Monthly reviews with your team ensure savings are sustained and new waste is caught early. Clients typically see 25-40% savings within the first quarter.

A dedicated team. Every IG1 client has a named Service Delivery Manager, a Tech Lead, and a Sales contact. These are not rotated quarterly — they are your people for the duration of the engagement.
