2021

US Consolidation in Miami

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Iguana Solutions consolidated its US activities in Miami, Florida, establishing a unified American headquarters. This strategic move strengthened the group's presence in the US market while positioning the team in one of the country's fastest-growing tech hubs.

2021

Tunisia Office Opening

Iguana Solutions expanded to Africa by opening an office in Tunisia, strengthening the group's capacity with a talented local engineering team and enabling follow-the-sun operations across three continents.

2017

US Expansion

In 2017, Iguane Solutions USA sprouted its wings, soaring across the Atlantic to expand its reach and expertise in the US market. Cloud-based solutions became its playground, platform management its jungle gym, and Gen AI its secret weapon.

2016

Major Funding & Key Shareholders

After building a solid reputation for 16 years, Iguane Solutions made its funding debut in grand style. Tech giants Xavier Niel, Daniel Marhely, Jean-David Blanc, Julien Codorniou and Eric Cohen became early believers, injecting capital and joining as key shareholders. Just months later, Iguana secured another 10 million euros through a combined debt and equity deal with trusted banking partners and the French investment fund Equitis. This influx of support propelled Iguane Solutions towards its next stage of growth in Europe and in the US.

2005

A New Era: Iguane Solutions

When Dailymotion spun off Iguane Studio, the entire team departed to support the growth of the new streaming platform. At this pivotal moment, Stéphane Cohen stepped in as a partner and CEO, heralding a new era for Iguane Studio. The company transitioned from its web agency roots to embrace a future in hosting and management services, rebranding as Iguane Solutions.

Iguane Studio Is Born

In 2000, Benjamin Bejbaum, a tech whiz with a youthful team, launched Iguane Studio, a web agency brimming with innovation. They carved their niche in web design and development, leaving their mark on various clients. A pivotal moment arrived in 2005 when Dailymotion, a video-sharing giant, sprouted from their very roots.
